Hand sanitizers are final sale products and are ineligible for returns and exchanges. As they contain flammable alcohol such as isopropyl and are classified as hazardous goods. Other returns are accepted and can be processed as a refund or exchange within 30 days of your order date. 

After we receive your returned items. It is then, your refund will be processed.

Shipping and handling fees as well as "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to be completed.

Yes, there is a one day (24 hours) window to cancel an order. We understand unexpected changes may occur and so we keep the process simple.

The local delivery option is for orders shipped in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson, NV. As this is the headquarters of Alo ButterCup LLC.

This means deliveries will arrive to customers earlier than the standard delivery.  

Local delivery orders will receive confirmation once delivery is complete. 

Please make sure the delivery address is accurate and complete. If an order is unable to be delivered due to an incomplete address, missing suite/apt or building number and/or gate code. 

The order may be processed as undeliverable, thus item(s) is returned to warehouse without a refund.  

We encourage our customers to make sure the delivery address is safe if chosen to be a "Doorstep Delivery".

For orders reported missing after it is documented delivered. We apologize as a refund will not be processed. Please contact your local law authorities to report any stolen merchandise from your home.
